On Letting go
Letting go of something we are so use to feeling is probably one of the most difficult things for any human being. Letting go requires conscious awareness of where our feelings come from and finding the clarity of the changes we wish to experience is a process. Realizing that what at one point made us feel alive, may not always be the one thing that brings health, love and inner freedom to our lives may be the door for us to begin to experience a different reality.
The courage to be able to experience change, a new reality that could bring us happiness and self confidence into our lives is what builds after we regain a conscious awareness of the things we need to change as we take conscious actions towards finding our inner freedom and connection with our higher self.
Being able to forgive ourselves or others before letting go is such an important step to move forward, understanding that the programing of our past does not equal our future and that we all have choices and resources available to us to create the changes we need in our lives and be able to let go of all of the memories that do not serve us anymore.
Remember this, the intensity of a certain situation or certain relationship does not always mean is good or is love, it means just that , it intense.
Ask yourself, What type of intense feelings do you wish to experience in your life? You always have a choice.
