How my journey began.

Hello, my name is Rosalva de las Flores, your holistic health practitioner since 2006, and founder of Sacred Roots, Conscious Holistic Health Integration.

Welcome to our Website, where we hope you find inspiration and the open doors for you to find back your strength, health, abundance and a life filled with beauty and happiness.

Rosalva begun her unconscious healing journey before she realized this is what she was born to do, a call to offer Integrative healing for others to be empowered to heal themselves.

Due to her own autoimmune disorders, generational emotional pain, her intense sensitivity to her environment and people’s emotions, and her desire to be able to help others, she began her journey in 2006 in alternative medicine and dived into the mysteries and the awakenings to her second reality since then.

She grew up in Mexico with her family receiving Traditional Medicine by her grandmother and mother as she was growing up. Limpias, (spiritual cleansings) sobadas, (massage) barridas, (Energetic cleansing) prayers, herbolaria, (Herbalism) and all a good curandera could bring, like grandmother. This is why Curanderismo is such a strong integrative practice into her Sacred Roots holistic approach, some say, this healing is passed on from generation to generation.

Rosalva has graciously learned to embrace the responsibility of offering such practices to those open to receive Sacred Roots’ healing work, by honoring and respecting all ancestral teachings that came before her, with the intention to help others connect with their higher self, their source of life, their own divinity, and all the resources available to them.

Holistic health has always been a very imbedded part in her spiritual, physical and emotional development Yet, it was not until 2006 that she was training in Polarity and Massage, that her true awakening begun.

It was then that she realized there was something more than just the body and the spirit, she always felt life very intensely and her senses where always tuned to the sounds, feels and smells of nature and people’s emotions, but during her training she learned about “Energy” some call it “Spirit.” & “From above so below”, as my beautiful powerful Polarity teacher Jenny Swansea would say.

During this trainings Rosalva discovered that different energy fields govern the existence of our whole being and the different systems of our body are connected and affected by the different elements of nature; either, air fire water, earth….

The elements of nature are also a huge part of her training in traditional medicine (Curanderismo ). Teachings she reconnected with around 2013 in the USA with some amazing Curanderas from Mexico and New Mexico; Tonita Gonzales, Rita Navarrete, Don Laurencio, Dr. Cheo, and many other amazing Medicine women and man in her path.

She has recently continued integrating her knowledge in complementary therapies in Texas with her studies in Wisdom of the earth (Native American Teachings) with Marika Alvarado, and recently in Bio-programing with Evelia Padilla and Lulu Serrano, integrating ancestral Toltec disciplines that keeps our integrity intact in every level of our human existence.

Rosalva’s passion for learning , exploring and desire to bring healing to the community continues to grow as the world changes.

She understands the importance of integrating work with the mind processes and the relationship with the emotional reality and unique people’s experiences and that it all must be treated with the holistic attention it deserves.

Her Knowledge broker business, most recent studies integrated during Covid, have really supported her practice in the different social platforms she operates and she continues to integrate strategic tools and Masterminds to be able to offer her clients a wide variety of tools they can take home for them to be empowered in their own healing journey.

The learning never ends and being open to receive the teachings of creation and life each day is a beautiful gift, a true journey to be explored and to be shared with others.
